1. Service description

Wellness Appt ("the Service") is a wellness appointment discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available scheduling information from health and wellness practitioners and display it in a searchable format. We are an aggregator, not a healthcare provider, clinic, or booking platform.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on Wellness Appt constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service helps you find practitioners with availability — it does not recommend specific providers or treatments. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.

3. Accuracy of availability data

Availability information is sourced from third-party scheduling systems in real time. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate data, we do not guarantee that any displayed time spot is still available at the time you attempt to book. Spots may be booked by others between the time they appear on Wellness Appt and the time you complete a booking on the practitioner's site.

4. Third-party services

When you click a booking link, you leave Wellness Appt and interact directly with the practitioner's booking platform (e.g., Jane App). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No responsibility for clinic services

We do not employ, endorse, or vet the practitioners listed on Wellness Appt. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any services provided by practitioners you discover through the Service. Any disputes regarding appointments, treatments, or billing are between you and the practitioner.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Wellness Appt at scale.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Wellness Appt name, logo, and original content on this site are our property. Practitioner names, clinic names, and scheduling data belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Appt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed appointments, inaccurate availability data, or any actions taken by third-party practitioners. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
